Over 34 years ago after my tour with the United States Air Force
my wife Rita and I left New England and move here to Tampa Bay. We
now consider this home and have raised our three children here. I
have been an assistant Cub Scout Master, played guitar in our
church band, worked for the local phone company for over 15 years as
a technical instructor and am a master mason.
You will find I think outside the box, I am sincere and will look
out for your best interest not mine. Referrals? I'll give you
my mom's number and she will tell you I am a good son. Instead I
will show you my database and you can choose any names you wish.
They are all my clients and I consider 99% of them friends. They
will gladly answer your questions and you will find most do consider
themselves friends and family. If your looking for a Realtor who
will just pick out a home for you to buy then forgets about you,
then I am not that guy.
My Experience...
I started my real-estate career with Prudential Tropical Realty
over 8 years ago. After a few years I realized that I if I want
to be top a professional then I needed to work with them, so
I joined the RE/MAX team.

also hold the SFR designation am very well versed in
