In November of 2005, Art took his first step toward a succession plan by promoting two seasoned executives Co-Chief Executive Officers. Sharing CEO duties are David Hanrahan, a 10-year company veteran promoted from Chief Operating Officer, and Alan Weiner, who joined the company in April 2004 as Executive Vice President. Art continues to work on a daily basis.
